Community Programs
Our years of experience in Dietetics (and as Moms too) taught us that living a healthy lifestyle is about more than just knowing what kinds of foods to prepare, particularly when it comes to feeding children! So, we have collaborated with some of New York and New Jersey's most well-respected pediatricians, psychologists and child educators to develop this cutting-edge program. It was developed to provide a fun and interactive environment for your child while you both learn through hands-on exploration about the benefits of good wholesome nutrition.
These classes include parent involvement so you can learn the most effective ways to integrate healthy eating into your home, whether you have picky eaters in your family or not.
